Request a Tax Transcript
There is a new transcript format that better protects your data. This new format partially masks your personally identifiable information. Financial data will remain fully visible to allow for tax preparation, tax representation or income verification. You can get various Form 1040-series transcript types online or by mail. Use the link below for more information and to request your transcript either by mail or online.
Beginning in the tax year 2018, Form 1040A and Form 1040EZ will no longer be used. Instead, the redesigned Form 1040 will be used.
Form 1040-SR is available as an optional alternative to using Form 1040 for taxpayers who are age 65 or older. Form 1040-SR uses the same schedules and instructions as Form 1040 does.
